Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

be unused and unworn

be in their original packaging

include all original tags

be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

personalized or custom-made products

sealed beauty and personal care items once opened

gift cards

hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Items purchased on sale may be returned unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.

After your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
